The Institute for Climate Change Studies (ICCS) is an autonomous research institution under the Department of Environment, Government of Kerala. ICCS has been registered as per Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act-12 of 1955 (SL No. KTM/TC/138/2014 dated 1-3-2014), and Notification GO No (MS) No 03/ 2014 dated 21-3-2014 as an Autonomous R&D Centre.
